The main function of PAE points is the online incorporation of companies for the creation of SL (Limited Liability Company) and SLNE (New Enterprise Limited Company) businesses. Our firm is designated and recognized as a PAE point in order to incorporate companies online with the approval and supervision of CIRCE (Information Center and Company Creation Network) under the General Directorate of SME Policy (Ministry of Tourism, Industry and Commerce).

Services offered by GIC Consulting as a PAE point

  • Information on the differences and characteristics of the New Enterprise Limited Company (SLNE), the Limited Liability Company (SRL) and Sole Proprietorship: legal framework, commercial and accounting aspects, tax advantages, applicable regulations, etc.
  • Procedures for company incorporation through the online processing system developed by the Directorate General for Industry and SMEs, using the Single Electronic Document (DUE). This service is mandatory and free of charge.
  • Information on applicable aid and incentive programs for business creation.
  • Information on the applicable Social Security scheme, registration criteria, affiliation, contributions, etc.
  • General information on topics of interest for companies, such as: Financing, taxation, labor recruitment, internationalization, research, technological development and innovation, business cooperation, etc.

Steps for the Incorporation of an SL through PAE

  • Name registration: Choose a name for your company and register it with the Central Commercial Registry, in person, by phone, or online at www.registradores.org. If you are creating an SLNE, we do this step directly at GIC Consulting as an Entrepreneur Service Point (PAE).

  • Visit your nearest PAE: call us at +34 972 346 036. We are located at Av. Vila de Tossa 56 in Lloret de Mar (Girona) and we verify the negative name clearance certificate at the RMC and partner details. We complete the DUE (Single Electronic Document) and arrange an appointment.
    Cost: €0.
  • Go to the bank: Deposit the minimum initial capital of 3,000 euros (and 3,100 maximum). This capital can also be in kind: if you buy two computers for the company for 3,000 euros, the invoices are also valid.
    Cost: €0 (not an incorporation cost, but company money)
  • Notary appointment: We will bring the invoice mentioned in step 3, along with the certificate from the Central Commercial Registry, partner IDs, etc. The notary will read the deeds, send them to the Provincial Commercial Registry, and your company will be incorporated.
