Services offered by GIC Consulting as a PAE point

  • Information on the differences and characteristics of the New Enterprise Limited Company (SLNE), the Limited Liability Company (SRL) and the Individual Entrepreneur: legal framework, commercial and accounting aspects, tax advantages, applicable regulations, etc.
  • Procedures for the incorporation of companies using the telematic processing system developed by the General Directorate of Industry and SME, using the Single Electronic Document (DUE). This service is mandatory and free.
  • Information on aid and incentive programs for the creation of applicable companies.
  • Information on the applicable Social Security regime, criteria for assignment, affiliation, quotation, etc.
  • General information on topics of interest to companies, such as: Financing, taxation, labor hiring, internationalization, research, technological development and innovation, business cooperation, etc.

Steps to Incorporate an SL through PAE

  • Name registration: Choose a name for your company and register it at the Central Mercantile Registry, in person, by phone or telematically at www.registradores.org. If what you are creating is an SLNE, we do this step directly at GIC Consulting as an Entrepreneur Attention Point (PAE).
    Approximate cost: 40 €
  • Go to the nearest PAE: call us at 972 346 036. We are at Avda Vila de Tossa 56 in Lloret de Mar (Girona) and we verify the negative certificate of the corporate name in the RMC and the partners' details. We fill out the DUE (Single Electronic Document) and arrange.
    Cost: 0 €.
  • Go to the bank: Disburse the 3,000 euros of minimum initial capital (and 3,100 maximum). This capital can also be in kind: if you buy two computers for the company for 3,000 euros, the invoices also work.
    Cost: 0 € (it is not a cost of incorporation, but money for the company)
  • Appointment at the notary: We will bring the invoice we talked about in step 3, in addition to the certificate from the Central Mercantile Registry, the partners' IDs, etc. The notary will read the deeds, send them to the Provincial Mercantile Registry and your company will be incorporated.
